By using our website, you acknowledge this policy. Where local law grants additional rights (including under Kuwait or Pakistan regulations), we will honor them where applicable.

10. WhatsApp Business Platform services

Evenza provides a WhatsApp messaging platform at wa.evenza.net that lets businesses ("Clients") connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and send and receive messages with their own customers.

Data we process for Clients

• WhatsApp Business Account details, phone number IDs, display names, and access tokens granted through Meta's Embedded Signup
• Contact details of the Client's customers (names and phone numbers) that the Client uploads or receives
• Message content, media, message templates, delivery and read statuses, and related webhook events
• Campaign and usage data needed to operate the service and for billing

How we use this data

• Only to provide the messaging services the Client has requested, including sending, receiving, and storing messages, managing templates, and reporting
• We do not sell this data or use the content of Clients' messages for advertising
• We act as a service provider (data processor) for our Clients. Each Client is responsible for obtaining the required consent (opt-in) from its customers before messaging them, as required by WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies

Sharing with Meta

Messages are sent and received through Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC. Data passing through the WhatsApp Business Platform is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep Client and message data only while the Client's account is active, or as long as required by law. A Client can disconnect its WhatsApp Business Account at any time. Clients and their customers can request deletion of their data as described on our Data Deletion page.
