1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using evenza.net and any related services provided by Evenza, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

Evenza provides business software solutions (including event management, healthcare, education, HR, and automation platforms), digital services, marketing services, and custom development for organizations in Pakistan, Kuwait, and other markets.

Specific features, pricing, support levels, and service-level terms for paid products are defined in separate proposals, order forms, or license agreements signed with each client. Those documents prevail over general website content where they conflict.

3. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Transmit malware, spam, or automated scraping without permission
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Evenza

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

4. Client accounts & data

Where you use Evenza software or hosted services, you are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. You must ensure you have lawful rights to process any personal data of your customers or employees within our platforms.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For software hosted on your behalf, data processing terms may be set out in a separate Data Processing Agreement upon request.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, logos, documentation, and proprietary software remain the property of Evenza or its licensors. Custom work delivered under a paid agreement is licensed as specified in your contract — typically granting you usage rights for your business operations while Evenza retains underlying framework and reusable components unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Fees, invoices & refunds

• Quoted prices are subject to change until confirmed in a signed proposal or invoice
• Payment terms (advance, milestones, recurring subscriptions) are as stated in your agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service package and is assessed case-by-case for unused prepaid periods or material non-delivery documented in writing

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our website and general marketing materials are provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evenza disclaims warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the public website.

For paid services, warranty and liability limits are defined in your service agreement. In no event shall Evenza be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the public website beyond amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where applicable law allows such limitation.

8. Termination

We may update, discontinue, or modify website features at any time. Client subscriptions or licenses terminate according to your contract terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of licensed software except as permitted for data export during any agreed transition period.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For clients in Kuwait or other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protections may still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact support@evenza.net before pursuing formal proceedings. Courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan shall have primary jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in a signed commercial contract.
